I’m currently looking for a place for me & my 6 yr old son who would stay in my room. I’ve spent the past 2 yrs renting from someone I met they roomies, and the 2 yrs before that was also worth someone I met thru here. I’m responsible and dependable, and have never paid my rent late, not even once. I work full time and am home 6am to 6pm Monday thru Friday. On the weekends I’m usually gone most of the day taking my son to skyzone or a playground, etc. I always clean up behind myself. I’m an easy person to live with, as I like to keep to myself.
