I am looking to be possibly moving to Florida within a year or so. I am from a small city in Pennsylvania but my sister lives in Palm Harbor, FL. I am always looking for a new adventure as well as any spontaneous opportunities. I would be a great roommate because I am extremely independent and have a passion for cleaning. I stay well organized and cleaning up after myself would never be an issue. I have common sense which is a rare finding today but understand and respect others, as well as common courtesy. I will be new to the area so I wouldn’t plan on having people over simply because I will not know anyone but if I were to, they would share the same courtesy.
