Hi, How is it going? I clean up after myself and keep common areas clean. Must give 30 day notice. I am considered friendly and a good listener. Work in special education as staff support in Oakland. Have shared housing with people of different ages and from other countries. Am straight and tolerant of others lifestyle. I observe social distancing, wear a mask, and I have been vaccinated against Covid. A Quiet person who pays rent on time. I don’t use cannabis,however, cannabis friendly. Need to cook. Need unfurnished room.
