Hi, Looking to rent a room or find another person/persons to find a rental with from Oceanside, Ca. to Encinitas, Ca. I get along with anyone regardless of age or gender. I’m drama free and have a positive outlook on life. Should I rent a room in your house I’ll respect your home and personal space but I’m also happy to make new friends. My income is reliable and verifiable with good credit and excellent rental referrals. I have nice new furniture for the living room and everything needed for the kitchen. Plus lots of accessories including lamps, décor, etc., should it be needed for a new residence. Otherwise I can easily put it in a storage unit.
