I’m a busy entrepreneur and tech worker who’s looking for a quiet, calm, and stable room to rent (or roommate to split a lease with), walking distance to downtown Raleigh, until I am ready to buy a house!

Note: I am only open to rooms/roommates located in downtown Raleigh. Ideally in Warehouse District, Glenwood South, or Boylan Heights neighborhoods

About me - I have a chronic neurological condition and 2 Service Dogs for Medical Alerting that I live with. My service dogs do not roam the house and are immaculately trained/behaved; they stay with me in my bedroom and are crate trained. They are friendly with cats but are not allowed to interact with other dogs, kids, or houseguests since they are not ‘pets’ - they are “working”. They do not bark except for when there are unexpected visitors and they stop barking when I tell them to/on command. They accompany me when i leave the house 90% of the time and you will never be responsible for their care.

I enjoy drinking coffee, reading, long nature walks, training dogs professionally, learning about astrology & human design, holistic wellness and energy healing, business development, digital marketing/content creation, baking sweet treats, flower farming and floral design, going to the gym several days a week, and just being a girl.

I work from home and local coffee shops, walk my dogs 3x a day, paint my nails every week or so and have an at-home no-chip manicure kit. I go to the beach several times a year with my dogs and we try to get out to the mountains too.

This is random too but I often open windows to get fresh air, particularly in my bedroom where my dogs and I hangout. This prevents dog-odor from building up in our space.

Currently, I do not have a car and commute using Uber + friends. However, I intend to buy a car later this year and will need a parking spot.

My budget is $1,000/mo, including utilities.

Happy to keep to myself and stay out of the way or be friendly and build a long term roommate-relationship.
