Ive got a stable job, I like to keep things relatively clean, generally pretty quiet as well as far as just noisiness goes. If you want a homie to be sociable with im your guy or we can just be roomates whatever works. I work out in the morning a bunch and then go to work so i am not home for most of the day generally and I like to game slightly. All in all I think Id be a pretty good roomate who pays rent on time
