I currently live with my girlfriend but are looking to reduce costs. Currently, I am a Telecommunications System Administrator, for the Tahoma School District. We are both quiet people, who don’t have guests over often, if at all. Usually, we are gone on weekends hiking or going to events. We also have two cats, four and two years old. Both litter box trained and have never had any incidents, with them. We currently rent from a property management company and haven’t had any issues these past two years.
