I am 21 years old. I work as an assessment clerk at a behavioral health hospital in Olathe part time (about 24 hours a week, making $16/an hour). I attend school full time to get a Master’s degree in Social Work to pursue mental health and substance abuse counseling. I have a good amount of money saved up to move out. I just need to move out of my parent’s house, I am going crazy hahaha! I am super easy going, laid back and respectful. I will not break “rules”, leave my messes or be super noisy. I barely am home to sleep because of my busy schedule, so you probably won’t even notice me. I just want to have my own space/privacy with no parents to answer or explain to. I have always kept/had a job since I was 16 years old. I am willing to work more hours at work, if needed, however with school full time, it is easier to work part time. I could afford a studio apartment on my own, depending on the monthly rent, but I prefer at least a 2 bedroom to split rent with someone! I am willing to split everything including wifi, groceries etc. I don’t party or drink and I rarely will have a guest over. I basically just need my own bedroom and don’t mind sharing a bathroom or kitchen. I don’t have time to watch TV, so I don’t even need cable! I have my own car to drive myself where I need to go. I am super nice and not easily annoyed. I will stay in my own space and will always find a way to contribute to what I agreed to.
