I am very clean and mostly organized. I’m very good with managing my money and making sure I pay on time and almost always I like to pay in advance. I respect peoples space, privacy, and time so I will not be a bother. My job as a licensed massage therapist requires me to work mostly evenings so I would not be in the apartment as much unless I voluntarily took a day off, but even then I’m rarely around anyways.
