We both have stable jobs that transfer but need to relocate to begin school in August

We are very clean (especially Dora, she is OCD about cleanliness lol)

We have no pets

Only Dora smokes but on occasion and she likes to drive out to scenic places to smoke

We only drink on occasion. Not an every day or weekly thing.

We are very busy so we are rarely home. We do not party since we work and go to school. Only a rare occasional weekend since I model part time.

We are looking to move from now to July 29th and stay from 6 mos to a year

Cleanliness is a must! Especially in shared spaces

Small friendly animals welcome. Not too loud. No cats please, we do not want scratched up furniture or a stinky litter box.

Peaceful people please. Open to talk and communicate but nothing forced or too over friendly . We want to be able to co-exist and get along, but dont feel pressured to have a conversation EVERY day. Saying hi and bye is fine , we wont take it personal.
