Two other girls and I are in search of a 4th roommate to move into a wonderful spot in Newport Beach. We need someone who can move in Sept. 1st and pay rent on time! The location is the north side of Newport on the East side of the PCH (not terrible parking at all + there are two parking spots in the garage!)

We’re looking for a roommate who gets out and enjoys life. We take a lot of morning/evening beach walks/runs, do yoga & boxing, hike, etc. We need a cozy, clean environment that still allows for fun and play. We have no problem with friends coming over and love a good girls night! We are all transplants (from Midwest & East Coast) and occasionally want the flexibility to have friends stay over if people are in town visiting.
