Hey Roomies!

Relocating from out of state. I’m a respectful, grounded, and good-vibes-only kind of person looking to team up and share a comfortable, peaceful home preferably with 1–2 BIPOC & LGBTQ+ identifying or allied creatives & professionals but I’m open. (please note that if you are a couple, rent/utilities will still be divided per person, no drama please).

My timeline is flexible between July 1st and Aug.1st. Looking for 6-12mo while I fully transition.

I’ll be working remote mostly from home Monday through Friday 6a-6p, also enrolled in online courses and do other gig work on the weekends, so it would be ideal (though not required) to live with people who work outside the home during the week days. I value a quiet, cozy atmosphere, especially during work hours and evenings. I love music, creative arts, a well-kept space, and cultivating a calm, welcoming energy in the home free of clutter but with a bit of personality. Cleanliness & order (I have Audhd & OCD), respect for shared spaces, a clean background and steady income are musts. (Please be able to prove your income/credit meets basic rental requirements (doesn’t have to be perfect) and have clean rental history so we don’t waste money on applications)

Bonus points if you’re fairly low-maintenance, not big on hosting large crowds, and down for the occasional game night or intimate hangout with friends. Open to overnight guests respectfully.

I’m ideally looking for a house or townhouse but open to apartments/condos as well. Handicap accessibility, parking & privacy are key. I don’t currently have pets and would prefer a pet-free home due to allergies if there’s carpet, but I’m open to mild-mannered hypoallergenic pets with minimal shedding (like 1 cat or 1 sm-med dog) since I may want to get a kitten, as long as they’re registered on the lease and up to date on shots but absolutely no reptiles, rodents, bugs or birds of any kind.

Prefer non-smokers however I’m mildly flexible to 420 only, as long as I can’t smell it and there’s absolutely no indoor smoking due to health concerns.

No MAGA-affiliated individuals, please, this space will be inclusive, kind, safe and respectful. I’d love to live with people who might become “framily,” but if you’re more independent, that’s totally fine too (im introverted so I get it).
