Hey there! 👋 My name is Parker; I’m a 26-year-old Austinite and recently separated U.S. Army service member.

At the time of writing this, I’m currently changing careers to go work for the federal government, and so I’m yet again looking for a place to rent. In particular, I need one that is relatively close to wherever my next job will be. I’ve only rented a room once before, albeit not through Roomies, but I would like to think myself to have been a polite and responsible roommate back then. Hopefully, I can be just as good for you as well!

For those curious; things I enjoy include, but aren’t limited to: attending car shows / concerts; hiking; playing board games / video games; reading and watching movies. So if you can appreciate the simpler things in life, then I think we’ll get along just swimmingly!
