I am a single professional male that lives and works in McKinney looking for a private room and bath. I am non-smoking, no kids, no pets. Into fitness and the gym every morning, eat out most nights, golf and pool time on the weekends, some travel. Clean, neat, and organized. Most of my stuff is in storage but prefer to furnish my own space, and need room in a garage for tools, bicycle, golf clubs, etc.
