To whom it may concern:

My name is Jeremy Frazier I am a blk 32 year old single male with no kids living in Scottsdale. Although I live in Scottsdale, the house I live in is on the market (for a second time), however I feel like this time my landlord will be successful in selling the house, although I not sure when, or when I will need to move out. I have been offered a position at law firm in northern Tempe by ASU, needless to say I’d like to live in that area if possible. I believe in being honest and plain speaking, and paying debts on time. A little about myself I am college educated, a great listener, i love sports (hockey, baseball, basketball, football, table tennis,tennis), working out, quite political (conservative, yes i voted for Trump), comic movie fan, a Vader apologist- fan boy, hard worker, love to smile and laugh, listen to classic rock just about indefinitely. I try to go to the gym once every two weeks. I do not have much furniture to move at all, apart from clothes, bed, and a chest. I have lived with (and still do) females, I in fact share a bathroom with one, and work to ensure its cleanliness, furthermore I understand and respect space and those dynamics. I’m use to living with people, and interacting with people of other races. I hate clutter, a bit of a neat freak i like things in the place. Anyway if interested and we can schedule a time to meet.
