I’m a African American woman looking for a place to live with my daughter who is 16 and I’m 48. I receive child support and unemployment and rent from my rental property. My house is in a lease and my tenants on section 8 so rent is guaranteed on the first of each month even if the tenant can’t pay their very small portion of $75 . I’m also an Entrepreneur selling clothes from my online boutique and various e commerce outlets. I’m looking for work for additional income and am sure I will get something soon. I’m in a situation where me and my daughter can no longer stay due to emotional abuse. We need to leave. If it’s possible for someone to please give me an opportunity to rent a room for $500 per month. I have a small dog. Also my daughter is a good kid she gets good grades at Emerald Ridge plus attends running start at Pierce College and works part time at the mall in a clothing store. I have pretty nice vehicle only one car. I need a room big enough for me and my daughter and our dog. Thank you.
