I am a recently divorced female looking for a room to rent. I have a 16 year old son that may spend a night or 2 with me every other weekend. I am a working professional, so I am typically out of the house from 8am to 5:30 or 6pm. I am quiet, keep to myself, and clean. I have a 6 year old female tabby cat. She is litter box trained and has never gone potty outside of the box. She’s very friendly and doesn’t scratch furniture.
