I’m willing to abide by all house rules, unless i disagree with them and then that means I don’t move in. I clean my living space frequently and that includes living room and kitchen. I won’t hang out very much, meaning I’m a chronic introvert. Also will help with house maintenance. I work more than enough so house work will be minimal. Frequency of company coming over has to be negotiable and I will abide to the agreement.
