Hello! My name is Dawn Soriano. My husband and I are looking for a long-term rental (ideally a year) from a private owner in the manteca, salida, Tracy, ripon, or Modesto. We recently moved back from Reno and are hoping to stay under $1,200/month. We have two incredibly well-behaved dogs who are ESA/ service animals and fully trained. Were quiet, respectful tenants who mostly keep to ourselves. We dont party, we’re either outdoors exploring with our pups or unwinding some TV at home.
