Greetings, I’m a retired Marine (23 years 4 months), currently working with the federal government (8 yrs Contractor GDIT/Booz Allen Hamilton, 4 yrs Government).

I’ve resided in Pennsylvania since October 1995, but due to the recently signed Executive Order “Return to Office”, I have to report to Virginia for work. I have no intentions of fully moving, therefore I’m looking for a room to rent. This is not my first time renting a room; I previously rented a room from June 2012 till COVID hit in March 2020 in Ashburn, VA. I’m an easy person to get along with, I have 2 daughters, and 2 grandsons that reside in Pennsylvania. I’ll only be in the area during the week. I’ll go home to Pennsylvania on weekends and holidays, so basically I’d only be there 4 nights a week. I enjoy camping, fishing, and hanging out with my daughters and grandkids.
