Nice, health-conscious, easy conversationalist (though perfectly happy keeping to myself), good-natured with a sense of humor, respectful of others and their property, very tidy and clean. Oh, I’m also gay-friendly, as I’m gay too :-) . Don’t cook very often. Able to pay bills on time. I don’t invite guests to others’ homes. I do not have pets, but am open to and might even enjoy a well behaved / quiet one around if that’s your situation. I do not drink anything other than water, and don’t smoke anything at all. Looking to downsize from a too-big condo to reduce expenses (and since I’m quite the minimalist at heart), and for ease of coming and going. I would prefer to live with just one other person or a couple, and would like a private bath. I love quieter environments, especially at night; hope you do too! Finally, I have pics of my current digs (so you can get some idea of how I live) and of myself that I’m willing to share. Please let me know if you think we may possibly make good housemates :-) .
