I have a home in San Diego but travel a lot to Los Angeles for work. For as much as I am spending on hotels I figured finding a place with a roommate is more ideal to cut on costs.

When I’m in LA I mostly just work morning shifts and when I get off I like to go out to eat and just relax a little before going home to shower than sleep. I guess you can say I’m a simple professional just trying to save on costs while I’m up here so you’ll never have to worry about me making noise or mess.

I have many hobbies but again while I’m up here I’m strictly trying to just relax and work. The most I’ll ever do while I’m here is maybe have a drink, go shopping, or watch a movie. So yea pretty simple. I likely wont even be there half the month because again my actual home is in San Diego.

I think it’s worth mentioning I have to live in a clean place. I don’t like bugs/pests so a clean home prevents that. I always clean up after myself and I have very good hygiene so no worries about being irritated that you live with a mess of a person haha.

Overall, I believe in respecting one another living in a home without extra stress as I get enough at work at times :) at any point I feel like something is sketchy I will bring it up to you first and I expect the same in return. For example, I wouldn’t bring a guess without letting you know…if I ever had one. Just an example.
