Dear Potential New Home/Roommate,

I know the frustrations of finding the “right fit”, etc. with a house mate. Thanks for taking the time to look over my request to you. To summarize:

I grew up in Mission Viejo and lived in Laguna Niguel/Aliso Viejo, most of my life, prior to moving to Australia for a 5 ½ year for a Senior appointment/CEO with one of the largest supermarket chains there.

Traveled 29 countries around the world after that engagement.

Lived and worked in Cape Town South Africa for 2 years prior to returning to the “States” in 2006. I’ve lived in Huntington Beach the last 10+ years. 5 years in a beautiful 5 bedroom home. There I leased the Master Bedroom. I ended up having a great re pour with the landlord and was trusted to act as the property’s “caretaker”, managing the other tenants, since the landlord wasn’t living there. Reason for moving out: Landlord moving back into home.

I then lived 6 years with a lovely lady named Karen Wall Garrison. It was a great property almost in Sunset Beach; near Warner and Pacific Coast Highway. We ended up becoming best of friends and her entire extended family is now my 2nd family. Reason for moving out: Karen’s life continues in Florida where the other half of her family lives. She wanted to live and be with her Grandchildren.

I’ve owned 2 California Corporations since being back in the “States”. I’ll attach my resume.

I’m single. Never married. No kids. No drama. No baggage. I’m fun, out-going, and of course, I love to travel. I’m friendly with a wicked sense of humor and personality. I’m honest, genuine, friendly and maintain a personal and professional balance with good ethics, morals and integrity! I’m a business professional. I’m currently not dating. I’m focusing on some life events and current and future business aspirations.

I don’t smoke. I don’t drink alcohol or use drugs.

I enjoy socializing with who I live with at times; however, enjoy being self contained and private when at home. This all depends on the environment, relationship, etc. If you are looking for a Page 2

potential room mate that you can have some camaraderie with, I can easily accommodate. If you prefer little contact, that’s totally me as well. I’m very self sufficient; happy in my own company and/or with another(s).

I’m looking for a long term lease for sure! I’m open for more than one year; preference 5+ years. 1 year lease and month to month thereafter seems to be the norm. However, I’d be happy to sign another year lease if everything is copacetic after our first year together. I understand there are no promises.

My current location was temporary.

My move in date needs to be: Dec. 8th or 9th. THIS SUNDAY/MONDAY!

A little more about me… I am an advanced snow skier. I love to bike ride. I love weekend getaways. I enjoy fine dining, movies, and theater. I play a little classical piano. There is much more to share about myself and I look forward to whatever you’d like to share with me.

I would be honored to be considered to have the privilege of sharing your home with you. Perhaps its best if we can meet, for an exploratory chat.
