I’m going to be starting Dental Hygiene School in August 2019 in Louisville KY! Looking to move into an apartment 7/1/19. I’m looking for a female roommate. Wanting a 2 bed 2 bath apartment from $800-$1200 with some utilities included. The roommate would need to pull at least half of the rent+utilities. I do have a cat so must be okay with that. I’m okay with the roommate having a cat as well. No dogs unless it’s a puppy or small dog thats friendly with cats. I will be working 3rd shift while in school but will be quiet entering and leaving. (11pm-3am)

Some characteristics of the roommate I’m looking for would be: -Student going to UofL -Doesn’t like partying -Cleanliness -Respectful -Age 18-28 -No smoking in Apt. -Responsible -Preferably no criminal background -Kids/Couples ok -MUST sign rental agreement for length of lease. (12month lease)
