I’m just looking for an inexpensive place. I don’t need much in the way of amenities. I have furniture so unfurnished is preferable. I have a washer and dryer that I’ll need to store elsewhere if they’re not being used, which is no problem, but if you have a place with connections and no washer/dryer, then it’s a win/win. Obviously that’s a long shot, but worth mentioning. Everything is negotiable, but I’m not looking for anything out of the ordinary, just a place I can afford without going broke every month. I’m setting up a software business, but in the interim I have a steady job as a delivery driver. I make ok money, and I can probably afford a little more than $350 but I’m looking to save money toward my developing business, so I want to try to downsize if I can. That said, I’d rather pay a little more and have a place if I have to rather than stick to something unrealistic if that’s how it turns out, so it’s all negotiable up to a point. I keep to myself, and I’m polite, clean, and will do my part to make sure everything is in homeostasis for everybody involved.
