Currently have a shared apt. but my roommate can no longer afford rent. I can either find another roommate or move to another place. I prefer someone who picks up after themselves and likes to keep the place clean. I would like a private bathroom and some shared garage space for outdoor equipment. I am finishing up my last semester at NIC and work so I’m gone quite a bit during the week. I like to cook so I’m happy to share meals/prep, etc. I’m ok with some social activities but don’t want to live in a party household due to school and work schedule. I am responsible and have reliable income for reliable/timely rent payment. No smoking, no drugs. Don’t mind animals, just don’t have any of my own right now.
