I don’t drink, smoke or use drugs. I’m clean, quiet, honest, responsible and respectful. I work from home most of the time and need good internet speed and reliability. I want a quiet and bright environment that is upbuilding and beautiful. I don’t need much room but do cook and so need kitchen access. I rarely watch TV. I prefer a private bath. I am downsizing so want something of low to moderate price. I have a desk and bed. I’m very handy so willing to exchange work for rent.
