Me and my father currently looking for a place to stay I have a stable job I work and he’s retired and we’re currently looking for an apartment, room or house that would be nice to move in our budget is $500-800 a month from the both of us plus we’re friendly, tend to our own business don’t bother people don’t cause any drama we’re just looking for a decent place to live that’s all and it’s only us two nobody else no overnight guests or extra company we don’t associate with a lot of people so whomever we rent from will have no problems with us we’re responsible, respectful and pay our bills & rent on time no late actions we’re looking for a better establishment that’s up to code and livable cause the house we’re currently living in and renting from done seen way better days and our current landlord doesn’t seem to care if the house falls in on our heads smh it’s been time to move on somewhere that’s worth paying for and a respectable landlord too we need somewhere we can feel comfortable and safe all we want is a descent place to live that’s all we ask
