A little about me is i am a nurse at the San Leandro kaiser and with grad school taking a lot of time out of state I’m down sizing my place in the city to move close to work. I will only be in town around 12 days most months and work evening/nights so you most likely won’t see me much. Best of both worlds. Roomate to share the rent and I’m never around so it seems like you’re living alone. I have no preference on gender for a roomate. I’m also down for couples. Super easy going and clean. I don’t have a pet but if you do I’m good with that too.
