I am a 20 yr. old college student at Irvine Valley College (Biology major) that is responsible, clean, reasonable, logical, no drama, and dedicated to my studies. I will mostly keep to myself when I am doing school work and studying. I do need to be able to use the kitchen to cook and I don’t mind if I have to share a bathroom with someone. I will help to keep the house/Apt. clean and will not damage the property in any way. It is not my business what others do and how they are, I just need a room for myself and I will be as I’ve stated above.
