Im a 37 year old caucadion male.I do not drink but have no issues with others doing so as long as they can handle themselves in a appropriate manner. Im am clean and very knowledgeable in construction, maintenance, and general skilled labor. Very knowledgeable. I have no problem doing upkeep and sharing any chores in the house. Im very laid back and look to avoid any drama. I get along with pretty much anybody and have no prejudices tward any one. .
