My name is Julia and I’m an international student coming from Russia. I currently reside in Studio City and consider myself the right candidate to move into a place where tenants peacefully maintain their lives and interests at their own expense and have a sense of self-control control as well as mutual respect , because I personally am that way. I work as a QA Analyst and study in Los Angeles City College taking online classes , so I work from home remotely. I receive a great deal of help from my parents in Russia, so there will never be a problem with paying rent on time.
