Ross
Male · 28 years · CEO
Looking in: San Francisco, CA.
Description
Hi there!
I’m Ross. I’m seeking to move back to SF or in one of the southern suburbs on the peninsula. I am open to moving into an open room or finding a few others who are also looking to move and finding a place together.
A bit about me: I’m the CEO of a startup, 28 years old, and enjoy reading, triathlon training, skiing, and mentoring/startup advising. I keep my home very clean and am usually out and about for work and travel. Philosophy, economics, history, and neuroscience are my favorite subjects to study. I have had roommates in some form or fashion since middle school so am very comfortable living with others. I’ve learned to be a great roommate through experience. :)
My budget is somewhere between $1.5K-2K. I am open to moving into an existing place and bringing no furniture if you are looking to fill a recent opening. Conversely, I am also open to finding a place with others and could fully furnish a home myself. I’m happy to share. I hope to find a place ASAP, sometime between now and late February.
I am open to either having my own room or sharing a room with someone. The ideal situation would be to split a room with someone in a 2B/2BR and someone else (or two other people) could have the other bedroom. We could probably get each of our cost in the range of $1.5-2K while living in one of the nicest places in SF (search 399 Fremont, Avalon, Jasper, etc.). My past roommate called it “rent arbitrage” b/c we both paid $1,200 to live in Channel Mission Bay (a super nice complex). I would also be open to splitting a 1B/1BR with one person as well.
If you’d like to connect, please feel free to shoot me a note with a bit about yourself, what you’re looking for, a few social profiles, and any questions or ideas you have.
Thanks!
