Looking for an furnished room with a private bath to rent with a mature female adult with respect and kindness.
I am very quiet and I would stay in my room except for cooking meals. I have an excellent background and rental history and I like little dogs but do not have pets. A private bath is a must and only one other female preferely a senior as well.
Smoking never ever in the house or apartment the person must go outside. Drinking OK but not a sloppy drunk because I don’t drink. No drama or confrontation dislike yelling and fighting which shows nothing but inmaturity. So to sum it all up one roommate private room and private bath. Prefer a quiet woman who does not bring any over night guests to their homes,.
