Hello! I have an amazing 4 bedroom, 2 bath place on Billy Frank Jr (the location could not be more ideal for WWU), and I’m hoping to renew the lease (on July 30) since my three friends are graduating.

I am very community oriented and would definitely like to be friends with whoever I’m rooming with and would be down to share meals / cook together. I love almost anything outdoors and also love chilling at home with a book and music.

The rent is 900/mo per person + utilities (3600 total per month). The landlord is a super nice guy and there are even four parking spots! The main living area is furnished with a super comfortable couch and a dining room table, and the kitchen has a diner style booth (seriously this place is so nice). Cats are allowed on a case-by-case basis if we clear it with the landlord. Thanks for reading :)
