Was going to sign a lease today in Bayfair , but my current roommate/friend had to bail last minute. Anyways, looking for a June 1st move in. I don’t wanna have to live out of a Motel 6 in Oakland for 2 weeks while I find another place (yes, I have s sense of humor). Staying in the area mostly to be near my girls. I’m putting my stuff in storage so I won’t be bringing much baggage (pun intended)
