Hi, I’m looking for a room to rent around the Alexandria Old Town area. I’m a clean, friendly, and responsible male, who is respectful of others. I don’t drink, smoke, or do drugs.

I’ll follow all your rules. I clean up after myself in common living areas. I won’t be bringing over friends and partying. I won’t be blasting the radio or TV, and will wear headphones if necessary.

I also have a very well behaved, indoor mature cat. She’ll be kept only in my room and won’t disturb anyone.

I have a flawless history of always paying my rent on time. I’m hoping for something around $600-$800/month (including all utilities). I can move in before January 1st. Thank you.
