Hi! My husband & I are very interested. we have been having a bit of trouble with finding a place to move in November 1st, since my credit is low at the time 500 .. and my husband he has no credit every time I go to check it so we’re in the process of building his credit history. And it’s also hard because my husbands background has his past felonies on it and past jail arrestees. They’re charges n his almost 30 now.. he has mistakes at 19 and has debts paid his debt to society..and his bosses can vouch for the person he is today. But for the credit part we also have my mom who agreed to be our co/signer if needed. we have rented previously in Florida so we can provide previous owners references. I hope to hear back!
