Hello! I am looking for roommates for around August 2019, since that is when my lease ends. I moved up to Northern VA after college (JMU if you’re interested) and made the mistake of getting a single apartment, which isn’t bad it’s just really expensive. So I was hoping to find some people to either move in with or find a new place together! All my friends either live with their significant other or have their own leases. I currently live in Fairfax but would like to move to Arlington, potentially around the Ballston area, but I’m really open to anywhere in NOVA.

About me! I am a guy in my early 20s, I do work full time and go to grad school part time, so I will always have rent money and will be busy a lot during the week, but when I’m not busy I’ll love to go out and get to know you! I do want my apartment/townhouse/anywhere to be clean, as I’ve had pretty disgusting roommates in the past. I like to cook, so that’s a plus, as well as most sports and fun things like that. Open to you having a pet as long as you pay any pet fees.

About you? I’d really prefer to find people around my age, early to mid 20s. Any gender is fine, though I’m leaning toward women because of the clean thing and all my guy roommates in the past being dirty (boy I can tell you some stories), but open to anyone if I think we’d be well together. Would like people who want to go out and do things at least occasionally, and have a source of income obviously.

My price range is pretty flexible, as anything with roommates will be cheaper than a single apartment! I’m trying to be ahead of the game since this would still be like half a year away, but it gives up time to meet and know each other a little before committing!
