I am not nor ever have been evicted. My current roommates whom I’ve been living with for 3 years were engaged last year and have finally found a forever home. I very much enjoyed the financial and social freedom of living with someone and I want to continue that. generally quiet and never have guests over for more than 30 minutes. Although, I do go out on the weekends like and normal guy in their 20’s. I have a girlfriend who lives out of state and she visits about one weekend every month. I also visit her about the same interval and travel quite often. I like quiet but I really don’t mind people as long as it’s reasonable. I’m very clean (not organized) and always respect shared living spaces.
