Another older woman to share, who loves pets. I will need to have the master bedroom, must have bathroom in bedroom I will pay extra for that. Must be pet friendly I have a 6lb toy poodle who is very well trained and quiet she loves everyone and thinks everyone loves her. I have enough furniture for a complete house or we can work something out as to who furnishes what. I grew up in Citrus Heights Roseville and Auburn, since I have retired I have lived in Roseville and Orangevale I don’t drink, well only maybe once a year or two. I don’t do drugs I don’t smoke cigarettes or marijuana.
I’m a super clean person especially in the kitchen and bathroom and want someone who is also very clean. I don’t want a lot of visitors and people staying overnight, an occasional overnight guest would be alright. I just ask that when using the kitchen that when you are finished it should be as clean as when you went into it! I’m a firm believer that there is a place for everything and everything should be in its place and I practice that! I’m quiet and pretty much stay to myself, most of the time you wouldn’t even know I’m home. Looking for something who is also clean and quiet. I always show respect to everyone and their property and I expect everyone to respect me and my property.
