Hello, my name is Kevin Simms, I’m working with SSVF/HUDVASH who will pay for all required rental fees to secure move in for the first month. I am a student starting class paid for by Post 9/11 GI Bill in June and that covers rent as well. I will be going to school through August then moving out of state. I don’t need to see the space, I just need to be able to move in. I’m on Kent Island right now where I was working and staying with a friend. I’ll be going to Glen Burnie area Friday, May 10th. and should be able to move in after that. I just switched VA housing case managers, so they should be ready at that time or beginning of next week.
