Jay

I’m a simple guy looking for a place to stay while I grow my hospitality management business and take a few classes at Butte College. I’m usually busy working at the properties I currently manage, or I’m at the co-working space I have an office at.

During my free time I try to reduce my screen time as much as possible. I play recreational sports like tennis and basketball. I also like to mealprep, explore rural NorCal, and follow sports (mostly NBA).

I’m vegetarian but not in a religious or political sense, and I don’t mind meat being cooked or eaten in front me. I do drink and take edibles but in moderation on some weekends.

I keep things clean but I understand that nobody is perfect. It’s ideal to me if we establish clear boundaries and expectations prior to agreeing to anything. Both verbal and written communication are important to me.
