I’m looking for a furnished room. I Will pay 400 a month, and that should include all utilities. I lived in New York City for 25 years. Recently I have been living here in Philadelphia for these past 3 years, living here in Germantown, renting a room in a house in a very nice area of mostly one and two family homes here in Philadelphia. I am looking for a room in a neighborhood that has easy access to downtown using public transportation.

About myself: I am straight. I don’t smoke. I don’t do drugs. No marijuana. I am neat and clean - and I am looking for accommodations that offer the same.

I lived in New York City, in Manhattan, for 25 years. I worked for the City of New York, for the city government, doing computer work, designing Word documents and Excel spreadsheets for the office staff, also designed award certificates for city staff, plus colorful flyers for various events. My office position was to help the office staff with computer problems, with Windows and Microsoft Office problems. I also did photography for the City of New York special events for the Human Resources Administration / Family Independence Administration. I retired from my position in 2012.

While I have been living in Philadelphia for these past 3 years, living here in Germantown. I have been working part time at the Pennsylvania Convention Center in Center City on Market Street next to City Hall. I am working for an agency that has a contract with the convention center exhibitors. I work there during different conventions when extra staff is needed.
