Looking for a relaxed “home” type of environment for me and my two kids, 7 & 5, whom I have with me 50%. We would share a room or I’d rent two rooms (ideally). I’m seeking a better arrangement now where I can be friends with my roommate(s) and dwell in the common areas without feeling like I’m invading anyone’s space. I’m very open minded and hope you are too! No smoking in the home preferred. My children are well behaved and sweet, so am I! I love to socialize but equally enjoy my alone time, which is mostly spent outside or in my room reading. I’m tidy and respectful of your property! What I am looking for is a safe and happy home with great, welcoming energy. Entertaining guests is absolutely okay, just need a bit of quiet time (people over okay, just no ragers) after 9 on Weekdays.
