Hello! I’m looking to move out in the Tracy, Modesto, Turlock, Etc area.

I am extremely tidy and organized, I have no problems doing the dishes or cleaning the house. I like to think of myself as kind, polite, and somewhat funny.

I enjoy going to the gym (I’d love to have a workout partner), flying ( I’m a pilot with my own plane so if you want to go flying that’s another perk of being my roommate), biking, hiking, and pretty much any outdoor activity. I’m a huge fan of boats, planes, etc. Also, a car guy too so if your car ever breaks down or anything chances are I can fix it.

I LOVE animals, if you don’t I’m cool with not having any, no questions asked (well maybe a few..).

I’d prefer to not have a female roommate for the peace of mind for my lovely girlfriend, however, I’m sure certain circumstances can be discussed.

Another thing I am looking for is someone who doesn’t mind a late stayer upper. In the mornings I will be working, at flight school, or out. In the evenings I will most likely be doing things like cleaning, or working on my computer. I need people to be ok with me opening the fridge at 8:50 pm and cooking my broccoli or similar. My current renters go to sleep at 6:00 pm and get upset if I so much as open the fridge. So this is something I would like to be ok inside my new rental.
