Hi 😊

My name is Jennifer Evans and I am a single, sober and joyful 34 year old Christian woman looking to rent a room. I have a full time job working at Viacom in Hollywood Monday through Friday from 6am to 4pm. I go to hot yoga in the evenings about 3-4 times per week.

I am looking for a studio, one bedroom or to share a house or 2bed/2bath.

I have a sweet 10 year old dog named Coco. She is a 15 pound Yorkie/Maltese mix and does not shed and fully potty trained. I usually hire a dog walker to come at lunch to let her out to go to the bathroom unless I can work out an agreement with a roommate to help.

When I’m not working I’m spending time on writing a book, studying to be a certified addiction coach, building a nonprofit called The Jenerosity Foundation to help people in need reach optimal Wellness and I host a weekly online show called The Jenerosity Show, to inspire people to give the best of them, not what’s left of them 😊

I currently live in Sherman Oaks.

I like privacy and am clean, easy going and quiet.
