Hi! I am a 31 year old professional looking for a new place at the beginning of May 2022. I like an apartment that can be a safe space from the city to relax and unwind - so I like spending time at home. I am fairly quiet, clean, and keep to myself. Return to work is slated for May 2022, so will be working from home 2/3 days a week, so a place that is accommodating of that is preferred.

In regards to roommates, I am very interested in LGBTQIA+ roommates for more comfort in the home. I generally don’t have folks over often, but would like the option to have people over.

Currently based in Harlem, NY and would like to stay in Manhattan.
