My name is Sam (male) and just to set the tone, I am the best roommate hands down. 30 years old in the tech space. I am from Chicago, lived in the LA area for almost 5 years minus one summer in New York. I have a great attitude and have been around struggle and success my entire life so I have seen it all therefore know how to react respectfully.

Currently live in a beautiful home in Chino with my business partners but am looking to get closer to O.C. / Irvine area for a summer time gig I pick up. (want to be closer to SNA airport)

In the summer time (starting now thru September) I have a side gig I help my best friend out with. That means I will be traveling every weekend and will be gone Friday Nights and Saturday Nights 100% of the time for 4 months (minus 2 bye weeks). I will be back Sunday but even when I get back I may not come home till Monday or Tuesday. (feel free to airbnb my room out when I’m gone ;) I’m a team player.

When I am home I am very respectful and was raised by a beautiful family with manners. I love cooking yummy food. You’ll never catch me complaining about keeping the kitchen clean, I actually enjoy washing dishes! A cleaner kitchen has a better vibe :)

I am home here and there. If I am gone during the week I am usually gone for 2+ nights (plus Friday and Saturday Night). But I promise I am a great vibe that you wouldn’t want me to leave! Or I can leave you alone and we can get along silently! Whatever you like. Maybe I’ll just fall in love with the place!

My budget is between $500-1,500 per month. I just want a nice place to wake up to. Be around good energy. Close to a grocery store, coffee shop, a trail would be cool. I love getting a run outside in when I can in this beautiful Cali weather. I uber everywhere if I need to go anywhere so anything that is walking distance would be nice. A driving range near by would be cool too… got to get my swing back. A gym, pool all the ‘basics’ for a luxury spot.

I can move in as early as need be. Ideal date would be June 1st - End of September. Maybe stay longer if we get a long? I don’t mind if it’s a two bed room and you share a room with someone. I don’t mind sharing a room either since I am usually gone but a private room sounds more appealing. Shared bathroom is no problem at all.

I can provide my social media and all that good stuff no problem just shoot me a text first preferably but a call works as well (I take a lot of calls during the week so I never know who is calling).
