I am a mother who needs to find something affordable for myself and my 10 year old daughter. We currently live in West Valley and would like to stay in west valley but we are willing to live in surrounding areas if need be. My daughter is very well behaved and quiet.I have a steady income monthly so rent is no problem.I also do landscaping parttie so if someone out there needs some landscaping of house maintance im willing to work as part of the rent whatevers convient
